At Roaming Knives, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction. We offer a one year warranty on all knives and homewares purchased through our website.

Coverage
Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Roaming Knives will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Our warranty does not cover:

Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at theroamingknives@outlook.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may require you to send photos of the defect to assess the claim.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item to us. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred in returning the product to Roaming Knives. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective items as described above. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
